These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products and services from Emanuel Attard, trading as E.Attard Nurseries.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Certain agricultural products such as olive trees, citrus trees and other fruit-bearing trees may be VAT exempt in accordance with Maltese regulations.

Prices include delivery to ground floor level only. Any additional services such as lifting, installation, crane access or special handling will be quoted separately.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Some images may be digitally enhanced or generated for consistency. Actual products may vary in shape, size and appearance due to the natural characteristics of plants and trees.

Orders placed through the website are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Customers may also choose to collect products directly from the nursery.

We provide delivery across Malta and Gozo.

Estimated delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days, however delays may occur due to weather conditions, logistics or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery includes unloading at ground floor level only.

Any additional delivery requirements such as:

• Crane usage

• Difficult access

• Installation services

must be communicated in advance and will be quoted separately.

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper access to the delivery location.

Cash on delivery is available.

Customers may not refuse delivery without valid reason. If delivery is refused without justification, a fee of €50 will be charged.

Due to the nature of plants and trees as perishable goods, returns are generally not accepted.

Returns may only be considered in the following cases:

• Incorrect product delivered

• Product damaged upon delivery

Any claim for damage must be supported with clear photographic proof at the time of delivery.

We reserve the right to assess and approve any return or refund request.

All landscaping and service-related work is subject to quotation.

Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change depending on:

• Site conditions

• Access limitations

• Unforeseen issues

Project timelines may be affected by weather conditions and other external factors.

All plants and trees are delivered in a healthy and well-maintained condition.

Once delivered or installed, responsibility for the plant transfers to the customer.

We do not guarantee the survival of plants or trees after delivery or installation due to factors beyond our control, including:

• Weather conditions

• Soil quality

• Irrigation

• Maintenance

We are not liable for any damage resulting from:

• Underground pipes or utilities

• Existing structures

• Unidentified site conditions

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any such risks prior to work or delivery.

Customers must ensure that the site is properly prepared before delivery or installation.

This includes:

• Adequate access for vehicles

• Clearance for unloading

• Availability of water and electricity if required

Failure to provide suitable conditions may result in delays or additional charges.

Customers may create an account to manage orders through the website.

It is the responsibility of the user to maintain the confidentiality of their account details.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
