DELIVERY POLICY

We provide delivery services across Malta and Gozo.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days from confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

We will contact customers to confirm delivery details where necessary.

3. Delivery Method

All deliveries are carried out by our own team.

Standard delivery includes:

  • Transport to the delivery address
  • Unloading at ground floor level only

4. Access Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible.

This includes:

  • Adequate access for vehicles
  • Safe unloading space
  • No obstructions

If access is restricted or special equipment is required, this must be communicated in advance.

5. Additional Services

Additional services are available upon request and will be quoted separately. These may include:

  • Lifting to upper floors
  • Crane services
  • Tree positioning and installation
  • Special handling for large items

6. Installation Services

We offer installation services for trees and landscaping products.

Installation must be agreed in advance and may be subject to:

  • Site inspection
  • Additional charges
  • Access and site conditions

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on delivery is available.

Customers are expected to accept delivery once the order has been confirmed. Refusal of delivery without valid reason may result in a €50 delivery charge.

8. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Lack of access
  • Customer absence
  • Incorrect information provided

We reserve the right to:

  • Reschedule delivery
  • Apply additional delivery charges

9. Product Condition on Delivery

All products are checked before delivery and supplied in good condition.

Customers are required to inspect products upon delivery and report any issues immediately.

Any claims for damaged or incorrect items must be supported with photographic evidence.

10. Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic or logistical issues
  • Unforeseen circumstances

We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
